So that all hikers, climbers, and winter sports enthusiasts reach their destination with force, we don’t only serve tasty South Tyrolean specialities, but also Mediterranean recipes and light dishes. In our Talschlusshütte hut, we cook with lots of love and passion, and our objectives are always clear in our minds: “regionality, sustainability, simplicity, and tradition”. For this reason, most of the ingredients and our South Tyrolean specialities come from the immediate vicinity of the hut, the region, or our herb garden.
The food is served in the traditional farmhouse kitchen cladded with wood panels. When the sun is shining, we serve outside on our terrace, which is made unique by a breathtaking panoramic view of the Sexten Dolomites.
We also cater to special dietary needs on request for our gluten or lactose intolerant guests.
